L'ensemble de l'application Sceney, incluant sans s'y limiter son design, son code source, ses logos, ses marques, ses algorithmes de scoring et de classement, ses interfaces utilisateur et tous les éléments qui la composent, est protégé par le droit d'auteur et la législation française et internationale sur la propriété intellectuelle.

Tous les droits de reproduction sont réservés, y compris pour les documents téléchargeables et les représentations iconographiques et photographiques.

Les contenus publiés par les utilisateurs (vidéos, images, sons, textes, commentaires) restent la propriété de leurs auteurs respectifs. En publiant sur Sceney, les utilisateurs accordent à l'éditeur une licence non-exclusive, mondiale et gratuite de diffusion, reproduction et représentation sur la plateforme, pour la durée de mise en ligne du contenu.

Toute reproduction, distribution, modification ou utilisation non autorisée des éléments de la plateforme est strictement interdite et pourra faire l'objet de poursuites judiciaires.

The entire Sceney application, including without limitation its design, source code, logos, trademarks, scoring and ranking algorithms, user interfaces and all the elements that make it up, is protected by copyright and by French and international intellectual property law.

All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.

Content published by users (videos, images, sounds, texts, comments) remains the property of their respective authors. By publishing on Sceney, users grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to distribute, reproduce and display the content on the platform, for the duration during which the content is posted online.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the platform's elements is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.
